Ministries

The Divine Liturgy is the heart of parish life, and from that heart flow the ministries of Holy Trinity — Sunday School and youth formation, altar serving, philanthropy through the Philoptochos Society, and the everyday work of welcoming neighbors and caring for one another. All ministries welcome new participants.

Ministry

Philoptochos Society

Φιλόπτωχος Αδελφότης

The Ladies Philoptochos is the philanthropic heart of the parish, embodying the love of friend to the poor. Through visits, fundraising, and direct support, the Philoptochos serves neighbors in need locally and across the Archdiocese.

Monthly meetings during the parish year. New members are warmly welcomed.

Ministry

Sunday School

Κατηχητικό Σχολείο

Sunday School welcomes children from preschool through high school for age-appropriate instruction in the Orthodox Christian faith — Scripture, the lives of the saints, the liturgical year, and how prayer shapes daily life.

Sunday mornings during the school year, following the Divine Liturgy. Registration opens each August.

Ministry

Youth Ministry (GOYA & HOPE/JOY)

Νεολαία

Our youth ministries — HOPE and JOY for elementary-age children, GOYA for middle and high school — gather for fellowship, service, faith formation, and friendship rooted in Orthodox community life. Activities include retreats, service projects, and athletic and cultural events with peer parishes.

Cadence varies by group; most meet biweekly during the school year.

Ministry

Altar Servers

Παπαδάκια

Altar serving is a liturgical ministry for boys who have received a clergy blessing. Servers assist the priest at the holy altar — bearing candles and the censer, holding the Gospel and Cross — and learn the rhythm of the Divine Liturgy from inside the sanctuary.

Altar servers serve on a rotation arranged through the priest. New servers receive instruction before being scheduled.
