Sacrament Certificate Request
Sacrament certificates serve as the parish record of a baptism, chrismation, marriage, or other sacrament celebrated at Holy Trinity. They are commonly required when scheduling further sacraments — for example, a baptismal certificate is needed before a wedding can be celebrated in the Orthodox Church.
Please allow up to two weeks for processing during ordinary parish weeks. Requests during Holy Week, Pascha, and Greek Fest may take longer. The parish office will reach out if additional information is needed.
